Good to know before you buy
Will an eSIM work on my phone?
Your phone must support eSIM and be network unlocked. Most recent iPhones and many Samsung and Google phones do. Check your phone settings before you buy, because a delivered eSIM cannot be refunded.
Do eSIM plans include calls and texts?
Plans on this page are for mobile data. Each plan shows its data, how long it lasts and where it works before you pay.
Is a personal number mine forever?
No. You rent it for as long as you keep paying. Renew it yourself or turn on auto-renew. If a plan ends without renewal, the number can be lost.
What can a rented number do?
It receives text messages, shown in your dashboard. It does not make or receive calls. Some apps do not accept rented numbers, so we cannot promise it will work with every one.
How do I pay?
Add money to your Wong Access wallet by card or bank transfer, then pay for your plan from the wallet. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Can I get a refund?
If an order fails before delivery, the money returns to your wallet. A delivered eSIM, or a number whose rental has started, is not refundable. The refund policy has the full details.
